This is one of my top mansions, apart from the first few that I have designed before. This is a 10 bedroom house(with possibility of more), with the master bedroom that is double story. I have 2 rooms on the top floor that could be converted into bedrooms if I install a bathroom each. There is a 17 seat theater, a 26 car garage(but possibly fitting 8 more), 3 multipurpose rooms, an office.

This concept came from have a mountain top location. This is a bigger house with 11 bedrooms. It has a 5 car garage, a 18 seat theater, a workshop, several studies as well as multipurpose rooms. 

This single story concept came from having random design pattern and out of my usual symmetrical. This has a 6 to 7 bedroom house, with a huge attic and a multipurpose hall. 4 car garage attached.

This is the 3rd Rutland concept. 4 bedroom with 3 car garage.

This is the 2nd concept of the Rutland house. It has 5 bedroom, with the master bedroom adjacent to an angle. thus adding a somewhat void in the middle of the house.

This is a inspiration from a magazine. It is a 6 bedroom house with a 3 car garage.
