Carrier 88 Update
I have been updating one of my carriers with more interior details. Of course the anatomy of the ship is not practical as the more I study about ships, the more flaws I see in the shape of the design especially the bottom. But I don't want to make the changes to it as it will be a lot of work to make the changes. Here is the old ENTRY of the one that I updated and here are some new developments of the carrier:
This view shows a little window details that I have added.
Here there are details with the large glass windows. Also a compartment that opens at the bottom.
Here is a length cross-section that shows a little more of the levels within the ship. The cargo section runs about 2/3 of the length of the ship and its about 4 levels high.
I took the liberty to put in a theater in the ship that I got the idea from someone else.
Here is another view of the other side of the large glass windows.
Another view of the length cross-section.
I took an idea suggested by a friend about putting an opening at the rear end of the ship to allow boats to dock in.
Here is a width cross-section view. I only have come up with the levels but not all the compartments within each levels yet.
Update
I have been not doing much Sketchup work for the past year due to busyness but I have spent some time updating some old projects that I will upload.
